Welcome to KidsFavorites online store. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to KidsFavorites. When you purchase products from our online shop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Price

Prices of our products are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect any orders already confirmed by us. Prices are quoted in GB Pound Sterling and they include VAT(where applicable).

Please note that in case of a pricing error which is obvious and easily recognizable by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect -lower price.

Payments

We accept payments using Visa, Master card Credit / Debit Cards. Payments are made via  SSL Secure Shopping on Wix websites, which is an approved secure payment gateway.

You can also pay by PAYPAL

Payments are accepted in £ sterling, therefore all of our prices are displayed in £ sterling. If you are based outside the UK you can pay in £ sterling and your card provider will convert this to your currency using the daily  exchange rate.
 

Data Collection

When you purchase products from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address and phone number.

By placing an order for KidsFavorites products, you agree and understand that KidsFavorites may store, share, process and use data collected from your order like phone number and address for the purposes of processing the order only. KidsFavorites will not share your data with anyone else.

Email marketing-If you have signed up to the newsletter KidsFavorites we will send you emails from time to time about our new products, store sales and other updates.

 

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When the customer completes placing their order, they will receive an order acknowledgement email. However, the order acknowledgement email doesn’t confirm that the Order has been accepted by KidsFavorites.

Order acceptance from us will start at the time we despatched the products, ordered by the customer, to be delivered to the address supplied by the customer.

We reserve to right to refuse and cancel any order you place with us for any reason.

In case that we cancel the order, we will contact you by the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided by the time the order was made, notifying you about our decision.

The products purchased from our online shop KidsFavorites are not for re-sale or distribution and we reserve the right to cancel any orders which we suspect are being purchased with this intention. We may, in our sole discretion restrict or cancel quantities purchased per person or per household and per order.

 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 
 

Returns

KidsFavorites UK is based in London.

If you wish to return your item, please notify us within 7 days after receiving it.

Please send us an email at hello@kidsfavorites.co.uk with your order number and specify the reason for the return.

The return address is in London and it will be provided to you after we acknowledge your return.

You must send the product 2-3 working days after we confirm your return.

All refunds will be processed within 1-3 days of the receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The products must be return in their original packaging, they must not be used or damaged.

​Please note that we will not accept a return if you haven't informed us within the first 7 days after receiving your order or if you haven't send the product back within 2-3 working after we acknowledge the return. 

Please also note that we will not issue a refund if the products don't  have their original packaging or if the products have been used or damaged.

 

If there is a problem with the product, you can declare damages within 3 days after receiving the item, emailing us a photo of the damaged product and your order number. After the 3 days period no damage claims will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we don't accept any cancellation after your purchased your item due to preparation of the order.

However, you can change the colour of the product or the  ball colours of the ball pit within a few hours after placing the order. Please email us at hello@kidsfavorites.co.uk if you wish to discuss a change of colour or if you have any other questions.

Please note that we don't accept any product exchanges.
